Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw in full or in part from the contract relating to an order.

Please enter your order number, the email address used for the order, and your first and last name.

If you wish to withdraw only in respect of individual items or quantities, please specify these in the “Message” field. If this field is left blank, the withdrawal will apply to the entire order.

Once you have provided the required information, you can submit your withdrawal declaration by clicking the “Confirm withdrawal” button. Immediately afterwards, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
